MONTSERRAT

 

Sanctuary devoted to the "Black Madonna", Mare de Déu de Montserrat, patroness of Catalonia. Building dates back to XVI century, renaissance style. There is a very popular Choir school (since the XIII century), every day, with the "cant de la Salve". Also, you can visit a museum with paintings by artists such as El Greco, Picasso and Dalí. There are even treasures from ancient Egypt.
